Our Retreats
Retreats are powerful because they create a third space beyond everyday life and clinical care—a “pause” where people navigating MBC can step out of survival mode and into reflection, connection, and rest. Participants are invited to tend to what’s present beneath the surface and be seen without pressure to perform or explain—creating space for listening, insight, laughter, and belonging.
At the heart of our retreats is the recognition that healing doesn’t stop when the retreat ends — and that’s where the friends can act as connective tissue for each other. Because they’ve shared the experience, friends can help carry the learning forward, grounding new perspectives, practices, and resilience in the realities of home, relationships, and ongoing care.
